Blackhawks Rally To Force Game Seven With Red Wings

(Detroit, MI) -- The Blackhawks rallied for three goals in the final period to score a 4-3 win over the Red Wings and force a decisive Game Seven. Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville says they had no panic in the dressing room prior to the third period.

Michal Handzus tied the game at two less than a minute into the third before Bryan Bickell buried the another goal a few minutes later.  Michael Frolik added what turned out to be the game-winner on a penalty shot for Chicago, which evened the series at three games each. Marian Hossa also scored for the 'Hawks, who will host Game Seven Wednesday.  Corey Crawford stopped 35 shots in the win. Patrick Eaves and Joakim Andersson each scored early for Detroit while Damien Brunner added a late power-play tally to cut into Chicago's lead. Jimmy Howard turned away 24 shots for the Wings, who once held a three games to one advantage in the series.
