Klete Keller, who won two Olympic gold medals for the U.S. as a swimmer, was charged Wednesday with participating in last week’s attack on the U.S. Capitol, after he was allegedly spotted on video from the assault.

An FBI complaint requested a warrant, but AP reported it wasn’t clear if he’d been taken into custody. Keller won gold in the 2004 and 2008 Olympics anchoring the four-man team that included Michael Phelps in the 4x200 freestyle.
