The 2022 FISH & Catholic Charities Christmas Store is quickly approaching!  Below you will find the donation / volunteer details for this year's event, with a few changes from last year.

It takes many donations to make the Christmas Store possible.  In 2021, we provided packages to nearly 800 children within Effingham County.  A big challenge is ensuring we have the right amount of donations appropriate for each age group.  Each year, we end up having to purchase of number of items last minute to fill in any gaps that have occurred.  With hopes of improving this process, we are asking that you consider donating to a specific department within the Christmas Store.  We are more than happy to accept any new donations that come in, however, we are attempting to have a better idea of the gaps we need to fill.  If you’d be willing to commit to a donation, in any quantity, it would help us better prepare for another year of Christmas gifting!  Sign up: https://forms.gle/ZiCPGSvnNYsnChw59

All donations are encouraged to be dropped off at The X & KJ-Athon event at Premier Broadcasting on Wednesday, December 7th from 6:00am-6:00pm.  We are requesting that donated items are in NEW condition.  Exceptions include gently used coats and artificial Christmas Trees.

Gently used children’s coats can be dropped off at Wiedman Cleaners during the month of November. Coats will be cleaned and donated to the store.

Volunteers are needed to help assemble and distribute packages. A volunteer schedule is below. Please register if you plan to help during the pickup day.
