(Silvis, IL) -- Jordan Spieth outlasted David Hearn and Zach Johnson with a par on the fifth playoff hole Sunday to capture his first career win at the John Deere Classic. Spieth says he's not sure how he won this tournament.

Spieth birdied five of his last six holes in regulation, including a hole out from the bunker on 18, to close out his third straight six-under 65. All three golfers were 19-under par. The 19-year-old American became the first teenager to win a PGA Tour event since 1931. Three others were tied at 18-under in fourth place.
