EHS Fourth, St. Anthony Fifth at Girls Golf Tourney

ALTON -- O'Fallon captured the championship of the Blast-Off Girls Golf Tournament Saturday with a 349 score.

The winner was followed by Edwardsville 351, Alton Marquette 376, Effingham 385, Collinsville 386, Granite City 399, Bethalto Civic Memorial 414, Effingham St. Anthony 415, Alton 424, Auburn 426, Roxana 430, Camp Point Central 469 and McCluer North 544.

O'Fallon's Emily Marrs was medalist with a 73. Effingham's Alex Brummer took ninth with an 88 and Kaylee Tonn tied for 14th with a 91.

Ava Wegman led St. Anthony with a 99. Other scorers were Abby Schmidt with a 102, Clare McHugh with a 104 and Kyla Burton with a 109.
