St. Anthony Wins Olney Invitational

St. Anthony won the Olney Invitational Friday in style, posting a 17-shot advantage over the second place team. Eight teams competed in the event; Teutopolis finished fourth with a 366 total.
Jared Hutchison and Garrett Hixenbaugh each broke 80; Hutchison a 77, Hixenbaugh a 78. Connor Greene and Sam Wortman each shot an 81, Jeff Niebrugge an 85, and Nate Schmidt a 92. Hutchison and Hixenbaugh finished second and third individually; Wortman and Greene tied for sixth.
For Teutopolis, here are the scores: Christian Deters--84, Evan Schlink--90, Braydan Bushue--90, Dylan Buenker--100, Keegan Meyer--97, Mat Weber--98 for a team total of 361.

Altamont was edged 174-175 in a dual match with Ramsey Friday at St. Elmo Golf Club.
Luke Behl was medalist for the match, shooting a 40. Adam Mayhaus shot a 42, Noah Kopplin 46, Cameron Jackman and Logan Deadmond each a 47, and Dylan Miller a 49.
Two Altamont JV players competed; Robert Davis a 54, Austin Wendling a 65.
