Illinois Football Staffer Arrested

(Champaign, IL) -- Former Illinois linebacker and current assistant director of player personnel Matthew Sinclair was arrested Saturday on four weapons charges. Sinclair allegedly pointed a gun at another vehicle on Interstate 74 in Champaign. He appeared in court Monday and is due back next week.

 

Illinois, Northwestern Prepare To Meet

Illinois and Northwestern are gearing up to meet on the football field Saturday in Champaign. The Fighting Illini are just 4-7 with a 1-6 Big Ten mark. The Wildcats sit at 4-7 and are winless in the Big Ten at 0-7.
