EHS Drops JV Football Contest To Mount Zion

Effingham's junior varsity football team led 6-0 at halftime but Mount Zion came back with 18 second half points for an 18-12 victory Monday evening at Klosterman Field.
EHS was led by Alex Howell who rushed for 145 yards on 15 carries and scored two touchdowns. Wyatt Kahley and Trevor Rieman led the defense with 11 and 10 tackles respectively. The Hearts drop to 4-2 on the season.
