Falcons' Ridder Getting Four-Week Tryout, NFL Schedule

There’s some confusion over the status of the team’s only experienced quarterback, Marcus Mariota. Mariota was placed on injured reserve last week, but coach Arthur Smith told ‘The Athletic’ that the Falcons are not quite sure he’ll be back at all.

Zach Arnette Named Head Coach

Mississippi State University will appoint Zach Arnette to head football coach, according to multiple sources. Arnett was defensive coordinator for three years alongside head coach Mike Leach. Leach died of heart failure on Sunday.
