New Santa Clara Stadium Expected To Be Awarded Super Bowl 50

(Boston, MA) -- Super Bowl 50 is set to be awarded to the Bay Area. The San Francisco 49ers' new stadium in Santa Clara is expected to be announced as the host site for the 2016 game at owners meetings today in Boston. South Florida is also under consideration, but is likely to be bypassed after tax-payer improvements to Sun Life Stadium in Miami were shot down.

 

Pats Gronkowski Has Fourth Arm Surgery

(Boston, MA) -- Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is recovering from yet another surgery on his broken left forearm. According to the "Boston Globe," Gronkowski had a fourth procedure Monday to replace the plate connected to the bone, which he originally fractured in mid-November. He had been battling an infection as a result of the multiple surgeries.
