Meet Hearts, Bulldogs Set For Tonight

The city schools will both have their basketball pre-season scrimmages and introductions tonight.

Meet the Hearts

The evening begins at 6:15 with introduction and performance of the Pom Pon squad. At 6:20 p.m., the introduction and performance of the junior varsity and varsity cheerleaders.

Freshmen/sophomore basketball players will be introduced at 6:25 p.m. and scrimmage with one 15-minute quarter for the freshman squad with a running clock and one 15 minute quarter for the sophomore squad with a running clock.

The varsity boys basketball squad and junior varsity players will be introductioned at 6:55 p.m. and a scrimmage will follow with two 15 minute quarters and a running clock.

 

Meet the Bulldogs

Admission to the evening is one of the following items: non-perishable food, hygiene products (soap, shampoo) or monetary donation for Catholic Charities.

The boys freshmen will warm up at 6:30 p.m. and the squad will be introduced at 6:35 with a scrimmage beginning at 6:40 with an eight minute running clock.

The girls varsity and junior varsity teams will be introduced at 6:50 p.m. with the game at 6:55 with a 15 minute running clocik.

The cheerleaders and Bellettes will be introduced at 7:15 p.m. and the band at 7:20. The National Anthem and school fight song will be at 7:25 p.m.

The boys varsity and junior varsity warmup will be at 7:30 p.m. followed by the teams being introduced at 7:35. The Bellettes will perform a halftime routine at 7:45. The boys varsity and junior varsity game will start at 7:50 p.m. This will be 15 minutes with a running clock. The cheerleaders will perform during time outs.
