Heat Hammer Bucks

(Miami, FL) -- LeBron James scored a game-high 33 points to pace the Heat to a 118-95 victory over the Bucks at AmericanAirlines Arena. Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra says it's nice to bounce back from Saturday's loss to Boston.

He was 13-of-21 from the floor and 4-for-7 from beyond the arc. Michael Beasley tallied 19 points off the bench for Miami, which has won four-of-five overall. Mario Chalmers added 15 points and seven assists in the win. Gary Neal and John Henson both had 18 points as reserves for Milwaukee, which has lost three of its last four.

 

Mavericks Whip Wizards

(Dallas, TX) -- Monta Ellis and Dirk Nowitzki each had 19 points to pace the Mavericks to a 105-95 win over the Wizards at the American Airlines Center. Nowitzki passed Jerry West for 16th place on the NBA scoring list. Ellis added seven assists while Dirk had eight rebounds for Dallas, which has won two in-a-row. Vince Carter chipped in with 16 points off the bench in the win. Trevor Ariza had a game-high 27 points to go with seven boards for Washington, which has lost two straight. John Wall added 14 points and 10 assists while Marcin Gortat had 12 points and 12 caroms in defeat.

 

Warriors Smash Pistons

(Oakland, CA) -- The Warriors ran out to a 19-point lead after one quarter and crushed the Pistons 113-95 in Oakland. Stephen Curry led the Warriors with 25 points and added eight assists. David Lee chipped in 17 points and nine boards. Jermaine O'Neal played 23 minutes off the bench and scored 17 points as Golden State improved to 5-3. Andre Drummond scored 16 points to go with 14 rebounds in the loss. The Pistons dropped to 2-5 with their fourth straight loss.

 

Lakers Level Pelicans

(Los Angeles, CA) -- Jordan Hill tallied 21 points and 11 rebounds to power the Lakers to a 116-95 win over the Pelicans at the STAPLES Center. Nick Young added 17 points off the bench for Los Angeles, which improved to 4-5. Pau Gasol recorded 14 points and eight boards in the win. The Lakers are at the Denver Nuggets tonight.

 

Rose Listed As Day-To-Day

(Chicago, IL) -- The Bulls say guard Derrick Rose is day to day after suffering a minor hamstring injury on Monday. Rose did not require an MRI on the hamstring. The Bulls didn't practice Tuesday and won't have a game until Friday when they face the Raptors in Toronto.
