Nuggets Force Game Six With Warriors

(Denver, CO) -- Andre Iguodala racked up 25 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists as the Nuggets forced a Game Six with the Warriors following a 107-100 victory in Game Five in Denver. Ty Lawson recorded 19 points and 10 helpers and Wilson Chandler also netted 19 points for the Nuggets, who now trail 3-2 in the best-of-seven set. Only eight teams have come back from a 3-1 series deficit. Kenneth Faried added 13 points and 10 boards in the victory. Harrison Barnes scored 23 points and Jarrett Jack had 20 for Golden State, which had won the previous three games in the series. Klay Thompson tallied 19 points and Stephen Curry had 15 points and eight assists in defeat. The Warriors host Game Six Thursday.

Grizz Battle Past Clippers In Game Five

(Los Angeles, CA) -- Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol carried the Grizzlies to a key Game Five win over the Clippers, 103-93 at STAPLES Center. Randolph posted 25 points and 11 rebounds, while Gasol added 21 points, eight boards and four assists. Memphis is up 3-2 and will have the chance to close out the best-of-seven first-round matchup at home Friday. This was the first road win of the series. Mike Conley tallied 20 points and six assists for the Grizz. Chris Paul did all he could for Los Angeles scoring a game-high 35 points with six rebounds, four assists and three steals in the loss. Jamal Crawford was the only other player in double digits for LA as he contributed 15. Blake Griffin only played 20 minutes with a hurt ankle.

Warriors' Jackson Accuses Nuggets Of Going After Curry

(Denver, CO) -- Warriors head coach Mark Jackson didn't take too kindly to the way the Nuggets defended his star guard Stephen Curry in Tuesday's Game Six loss.  Jackson said the Nuggets were trying to "send hit men on Steph." He accused Denver of playing dirty and being too physical with Curry. The Nuggets held Curry to 15 points on 7-of-19 shooting.
