Craig Black Named Head Coach at Sullivan

Craig Black has been named the head boys basketball coach at Sullivan High School.

Black replaces Chet Reeder who left to take over the Teutopolis High School program.

Black is a graduate of Sullivan High School. He has been the head coach at Fithian Oakwood the last four years and finished with a 71-43 record.

Black was a freshman coach and varsity assistant in 2012-13 and 2013-14 at Oakwood then took over as head coach where he went 23-8 his first year then posted records of 15-12 and 14-13. Last season the team won the Vermilion Valley Conference and the conference tournament.

He also coached track for five years and was an assistant volleyballl coach the last two seasons at Oakwood.
