BROWNSTOWN -- Brownstown High School remained unbeaten on the season by downing Sandoval 68-37 in a non-conference boys basketball game Tuesday evening.
The Bombers jumped out to a 14-7 opening quarter lead and pushed that to 39-15 at halftime. M. Sefton tallied eight in the opening period and added six in the second quarter and six in the third period to lead the Bombers with 20 points. Also in double figures were Hunter with 17 and Behrends with 16.
Sandoval was led by Doza with 12.
The Bombers are now 5-0 on the season.

Arthur-Lovington edged Stewardson-Strasburg 53-51. Arthur-Lovington stepped out to a 16-8 opening quarter lead and led 33-20 at halftime. Stew-Stras came back to pull within 43-37 going into the final period. Arthur/Lovington's Andrew Maxwell took an inbounds pass with 2.7 seconds remaining and hit a layup at the buzzer for the victory.
Maxwell tallied 13 and Curtis Plank 10 for the winners. Stew-Stras was led by Justin Fulk with 19 and Christian Vonderheide with 13.

With a 24 point performance from Ziegler, Altamont claimed a 65-37 win over Cumberland Tuesday evening.
Ziegler got the Indians off on the right foot by scoring nine of his squad's 22 points in the opening quarter as they took a 22-12 lead. The Indians held a 31-20 halftime lead and pushed that to 45-30 going into the final period as Ziegler tallied eight points. Also in double figures for the Indians was Kuhns with 17.
T. Brumleve led Cumberland with 19 points.

The Movin' Maroons led 24-14 at halftime but Cisne came roaring back with a 23-10 third period scoring surge to lead 37-34 going into the final period. Dieterich's Hinterscher scored seven of his 20 points in the final period and Westjohn scored six as the Maroons outscored Cisne 19-11 for the victory.
Westjohn finished with 10 points. Cisne was led by Atteberry with 18.

Doug Krueger tallied 20 points for the winners while Brady Barnes added 15 and Donovan Riley 14. Barnes led in rebounds with 12 while Riley added seven. Blake McKay had six assists.
Tyler Kinsley led Ramsey with 14 points.
