Effingham Junior High Girls Basketball Roundup

Effingham Junior High School claimed two victories over Sigel St. Michael in girls basketball action Monday.

The Mustangs won the seventh-grade contest 32-19 and captured the eighth-grade game 35-31.

In play Tuesday, Effingham was a 26-14 winner in seventh-grade over Mattoon but lost the eighth-grade contest 47-5.
