Regardless of how Tuesday's super-sectional game turns out, the Teutopolis Wooden Shoes will be represented in competition at the 2A Boys State Tournament next weekend.

Justin Kenter of the Wooden Shoes advanced to the 2A King of the Hill competition in Peoria as one of four qualifiers Friday night at the championship game of the Vandalia Sectional.

Kenter made 10 three-pointers in the first round Friday, then made six in a shootout to advance as one of four finalists from Vandalia.  He'll compete next Thursday in the preliminary round of the King of the Hill event sponsored by Country Financial.
