Bulls Batter Warriors

(Chicago, IL) -- Taj Gibson tallied 21 points off the bench to help the Bulls beat the Warriors 103-83 at the United Center. Carlos Boozer added 15 points and 13 rebounds while Joakim Noah totaled eight points, seven assists and 17 rebounds for Chicago, which has won seven of its last eight. Jimmy Butler helped out with 16 points in the win. Jordan Crawford scored a team-high 16 points for Golden State, which had won four in-a-row.  Steph Curry and Klay Thompson combined for 13 points on 5-of-18 shooting from the floor.


Magic Dump 76ers

(Philadelphia, PA) -- Three different Magic players posted double-doubles as they defeated the 76ers, 101-90 at the Wells Fargo Center. Nikola Vucevic led the way with 21 points and 13 rebounds, while Jameer Nelson added 16 points and 12 assists. Victor Oladipo contributed 17 points and 11 boards. Orlando ended a two-game losing streak. Thaddeus Young tallied 19 points in the loss. Michael Carter-Williams missed 10-of-13 shots and was held to eight points.  Eric Maynor and Tony Wroten combined for 28 points off the bench for Philadelphia, which has lost 12 consecutive games.

Celtics Sink Hawks

(Boston, MA) -- Rajon Rondo continues to round into form dropping 22 points and dishing out 11 assists for the Celtics in their 115-104 win against the Hawks at the TD Garden. Jerryd Bayless posted a game-high 29 points with five three pointers for Boston, which snapped a five-game losing streak. Atlanta couldn't snap out of its slump despite 26 points from Jeff Teague. DeMarre Carroll added 24 and seven rebounds. The Hawks still hold onto the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference even though they've lost 10 of 11.


Cavaliers Shock Thunder

(Oklahoma City, OK) -- The Cavaliers pulled out a surprising 114-104 victory at the Thunder behind 31 points, nine assists, five rebounds and four steals from Kyrie Irving. Oklahoma City has lost three consecutive games for the first time this season. Jarrett Jack added 21 points and four assists for Cleveland, which is four games behind the Hawks for the eighth and final playoff spot in the East. Kevin Durant just missed out on a triple-double with 28 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists in the loss. Russell Westbrook contributed 24 points with nine helpers.


Grizzlies Hold Off Lakers

(Memphis, TN) -- The Grizzlies used a 19-point lead at the half to hold off the Lakers, 108-103, at the FedExForum. Marc Gasol paved the way with 14 points, 12 rebounds and five assists, while Tony Allen and Courtney Lee combined for 35 points. Memphis has won five of six to move eight games above .500. Wesley Johnson scored 18 points in the loss, while Jodie Meeks tallied 19. Pau Gasol racked up a double-double with 17 points and 10 boards for Los Angeles, which has lost three in-a-row.


Mavericks Mop Up Pelicans

(Dallas, TX) -- Monta Ellis tallied 23 points and seven assists as the Mavericks dropped the Pelicans 108-89 in Texas. Dirk Nowitzki added 18 points and five rebounds for Dallas, which has won four straight. Vince Carter chipped in with 17 bench points in the win.  Eric Gordon scored 19 points while Brian Roberts added 17 for New Orleans, which has lost five in-a-row. Anthony Davis registered six points and nine rebounds before leaving in the second quarter with a shoulder injury.


Spurs Run Past Pistons

(San Antonio, TX) -- Eight players scored in double figures as the Spurs cruised past the Pistons, 120-110, at the AT&T Center. Marco Belinelli hit 6-of-8 shots on his way to 20 points, while Manu Ginobili chipped in 16 points with nine assists. Kawhi Leonard scored 15 points with six rebounds and four assists for San Antonio, which has won four of five. Josh Smith filled up the stat sheet in the loss with 24 points, six rebounds, five assists and two steals.  Andre Drummond racked up a double-double posting 16 points and 17 boards.  Detroit has lost three straight.


Jazz Rout Suns

(Salt Lake City, UT) -- Gordon Hayward racked up 17 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists to lead the Jazz to a 109-86 rout of the Suns at EnergySolutions Arena.  Richard Jefferson also had 17 points as seven players scored in double figures for the Jazz, who have won two in-a-row after a three-game skid.  Derrick Favors, Alec Burks and Diante Garrett all added 15 points in the victory. Gerald Green netted 17 points to pace Phoenix, which has lost three straight. Archie Goodwin donated 16 points and seven boards off the bench in defeat.


Trail Blazers Breeze Past Brooklyn

(Portland, OR) -- The Trail Blazers got huge nights from Mo Williams and Will Barton as Portland knocked off Brooklyn, 124-80. Williams scored a game high 21 while Barton added 20 points and 11 rebounds in the win. Nicolas Batum also scored 19 points for Portland. Brooklyn was led by Deron Williams' 12 points and Mason Plumlee added 10 points off the bench.  Portland moves to 40-and-18 on the season and is currently riding a four-game win streak. The Nets fall to 26-29 on the season.


Clippers Grab Home Win Against Rockets

(Los Angeles, CA) -- Blake Griffin grabbed a 23 point, 16 rebound double-double as the Clippers knocked off the Rockets, 101-93, at the STAPLES Center.  Darren Collison scored 19 off the bench for Los Angeles, while DeAndre Jordan grabbed 13 points and 10 boards. Dwight Howard posted 23 points and 11 rebounds in the loss. James Harden scored 18 points for Houston, his 22nd consecutive game with double digit points. The Clippers are winners in five of their last seven with a record of 40-20. The Rockets fall to 39-19 and sit in the fifth spot of the Western Conference.
