Sherwin Williams Captures TSKL Tourney Title

Sherwin Williams captured the championship of the Tomorrow's Stars Khoury League Tournament Wednesday evening at Community Park.

Sherwin Williams blanked Rotary Club 7-0. The two teams went scoreless through the first three innings. Sherwin Williams then tallied two runs in the fourth and finished out with five in the fifth.

Jackson Lee pitched a two-hitter. Colton Frauli had a triple and drove in three runs for the winners. Jack Blickem added two singles and two RBI. Derek Kuhl led Rotary Club with a double.

In the third place game, both teams had big hitting nights but Scott Mosher Country Financial outlasted Prime Sole 16-9.

Mosher had 13 hits in the game led by Joe Matteson with two triples and five RBI, Dalton Will with a triple, two-run home and three RBI, Jacob Briggerman with two singles, two doubles and two RBI, Kyle Stewart with a double and two RBI and Cory Rogers with a triple and two RBI.

Prime Sole was led by Stephens with two doubles and three RBI, Hunzinger with a single, double and an RBI, Zerrusen with a double and two RBI and Link with a triple.
