TOMORROW'S STARS KHOURY LEAGUE
Sherwin Williams blasted out 16 hits and scored 22 runs in a 22-2 win over Brown's Drug Store in Khoury League action at Community Park Wednesday evening.
Sherwin Williams stepped out to a 12-0 opening inning lead. Jackson Lee picked up the four-hit pitching win and helped offensively with a single, double, home run and six RBI. Brennyn Cutts also went the rounds with a single, double, triple, home run and six RBI. Shawn Cochran chipped in with a single and double.
Ben Thompson led Brown's with a single and double.
In the second game, Baseball Card Connection also had a big-scoring contest by downing Dan Hecht 26-3. Conner Weber picked up the pitching win on a three-hitter.
Baseball Card Connection had 23 hits in the contest led by Tyler Feldhake with a single, double and three RBI, Brody Conklin with a single, double and an RBI, Kage Line and Corbin Christianson with four singles and three RBI each and Jordan Torres with three singles and three RBI. Gage Massey had only one hit, a double, but drove in five runs.
Tristen Elkin led Dan Hecht with two singles and an RBI.

CAL RIPKEN LEAGUE
DEKALB outlasted Schumacher Orthodontics 14-12 in action at Community Park Wednesday.
DEKALB led 5-3 after two innings and 9-3 after three. Schumacher tallied six runs in the bottom of the fifth but fell short.
DEKALB had 13 hits in the contest led by Ben Strullmeyer with three singles, a double and an RBI and Will Willenborg with a single, double and an RBI. Mitchell Heuerman chipped in with a triple and two RBI.
Ben Donsbach led Schumacher with a single and double while Cade Walsh had two singles and two RBI.
In the second game, NAPA downed Rhodes Chiropractic 10-3. NAPA stepped out to a 6-1 opening inning lead and it was all over.
Jack Hoene pitched a four-hitter. Leading NAPA in the hitting department were Reid Mathenia with two doubles, a home run and three RBI, Colin Koester with a single and double and Liam Hammer with a double and three RBI.
