TOMORROW'S STARS KHOURY LEAGUE

Prime Sole and Heritage Builders claimed league victories Tuesday evening at Community Park.

In the opener, Prime Sole defeated Rotary Club 5-3 behind only one hit. Prime Sole scored all its runs in the first three innings then had to hold off Rotary Club over the next three.

Wiedman had the lone hit for the winners. Tyler Budde was the tough-luck losing pitcher while Matthew Hunzinger picked up the four-hit win.

Allen had two singles and an RBI for Rotary Club while Kuhl had a double and an RBI.

In the second contest, Heritage Builders tallied four runs in the top of the sixth to pull out a 6-3 win over Elks Club. Heritage Builders led 2-0 until the sixth then tallied four runs. Elks Club came back in the bottom of the sixth, scoring three runs but fell short.

Nate Thompson had a three-run homer for the winners while Cunningham and Lawrence had two singles each.

Bridges led Elks Club with a single, double and an RBI while Bolyard and Moser had two singles each. Moser added two RBI.

CAL RIPKEN LEAGUE

NAPA bounced Arrow Pest Control to the tune of 24-0 behind 12 hits. Liam Hammer pitched a no-hitter.

NAPA was led in hitting by Colin Koester with three singles and three RBI, Reid Mathenia with a single, double and an RBI, Hammer with a double and three RBI and Brady McMahon with a double and two RBI.

In the second contest, Dairy Queen downed Northside Ford 15-6. Northside held a 6-2 lead going into the bottom of the third when Dairy Queen broke loose with nine runs.

Luke Ludwig pitched a five-hitter while teammates banged out 12 hits in the contest. Noah Teasley had a single, double and drove in four runs while Parker Siner, Ludwig and Jake Blanchette had two singles each.

BABE RUTH PREP LEAGUE

The Teutopolis Mustangs claimed an 8-2 win over JCR Carpentry in Tuesday evening action at Evergreen Hollow Park.

The Mustangs broke a 0-0 tie in the top of the fourth with a run but JCR Carpentry came back with two in the bottom of the inning. However, the Mustangs tied in the fifth then took a 4-2 lead in the sixth and tacked on four more in the seventh.

Drew Heuerman pitched a four-hitter for the win. Callaway Campton picked up the tough-luck loss with eight hits and 13 strikeouts.

Collin Funneman had a single, triple and two RBI for the winners while Kendall Zerrusen added two singles.

Ben Meinhart had two singles and an RBI for JCR while Campton added a triple.

In the second game, Taylor Law Offices claimed an 8-3 victory over Niemerg Construction.

Both teams had five hits in the contest. Donovan Godert led Niemerg with two singles and an RBI while Mason Hull led Taylor Law with a single, triple and an RBI.

Tri-Power Towing blanked Sehy & Jones 10-0 behind seven hits Tuesday evening at Community Park. E. Greene pitched a no-hitter.

Tri-Power had seven hits led by Weber with a single and a double. Kenter, Greene, McMahon and Jansen had a double each.

In the second game, Trophies Unlimited edged Midland States Bank 5-3. Trophies Unlimited held a 5-1 lead after four innings. Midland States Bank had a comeback bid in the top of the seventh, scoring two runs, but couldn't make up the final two runs.

Trophies Unlimited was led by Roepke and Kreke with a single and a double each. Trophies Unlimited was led by Osborne with two singles, Potter with a triple and an RBI and Jansen with a double.
