Tomorrow's Stars Khoury League

Sherwin Williams and South Central FS picked up victories in league action at Gene A. Niccum Field Thursday.

Sherwin Williams banged out 19 hits and downed Dan Hecht 23-1. Brennyn Cutts picked up the two-hit pitching win. Colin Fielitz had a home run.

In the second game, South Central FS won over Rotary Wheels 9-5. Rotary Wheels stood within 5-4 after four innings but FS had four runs in the fifth. Kennan Walsh was the winning pitcher on a three-hitter.

Little League

NAPA of Effingham and Arab Pest Control claimed victories in Little League action.

NAPA took a 1-0 first inning lead and went on for an 11-1 win over Arrow Pest Control. NAPA had seven hits in the contest. Dylan Bushur pitched a one-hitter.

In the second contest, Arab Pest Control defeated Northside Ford 14-8. Arab took a 3-2 lead after two then had a six-run third and never looked back.

Kaleb French was the winning pitcher. Both teams had six hits.
