Effingham St. Anthony claimed a junior high baseball victory over Sigel St. Michael, 11-5 Saturday.
The Bullpups had 12 hits in the game. They broke a 1-1 tie with a three-run fourth. The Sharpshooters moved ahead 5-4 in the top of the fifth but the Bulldogs had seven runs in the bottom of the frame.
C. Roepke had two doubles for the winners. C. Wines and E. Levitt had two singles each. Wines had two RBI and Levitt one.

Stewardson-Strasburg/Windsor blanked Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City in Friday competition, 11-0.
Rhett Rincker went three innings for the win while Jordan Wittenberg came in and threw two innings in relief. Neither pitcher gave up a hit.
Austin Wittenberg had four singles for the winners while Tyler Wetherell had two singles.
