Effingham St. Anthony defeated Teutopolis in junior varsity baseball action Friday, 6-2.
The Bulldogs took a 3-0 first inning lead and finished with seven hits in the contest. Fearday had a single, two doubles and an RBI while Braunecker had a double and an RBI and Hoene two singles.
T-town was led by Addis and Hemmen with a double each.

At Okaw Valley
Effingham took a 1-0 first inning lead and never let up in a 17-1 win over Okaw Valley in junior varsity baseball action Friday.
The Hearts had 11 hits in the contest led by Woomer with a double, triple and an RBI, Utz with a single and double, B. Thompson with a single, double and three RBI, Kalber with a single, double and five RBI and Cunningham with a triple and an RBI.
Wolfe was the winning pitcher, going four innings, allowing three hits, one run, four walks and striking out two.
