TEUTOPOLIS -- Teutopolis High School played host to Belleville West and handed the visitor's a 10-5 loss in baseball action Friday.
The Wooden Shoes trailed Belleville West 4-1 after four innings then had a nine-run fifth.
T-town had seven hits in the contest led by Eric Kremer and Ethyn Dust with single, double and an RBI each.
Cody Jansen picked up the pitching win on a four-hitter going four innings, allowing one walk and striking out four.

Effingham St. Anthony nabbed a win over Breese Mater Dei, 6-4 in Saturday competition.
The Bulldolgs tallied three runs in the fourth inning. The offense was led by Austin Kline, Jacob Guy and Joseph Kabbes who all drove in runs. Kline and J. Guy had a single each along with Greg Utz, Dylan Guy and Bryson Wall.
Colin Koester was on the mound for the Bulldogs. He allowed six hits and two runs over four innings, striking out one.
