St. Anthony downed Windsor/Stew-Stras 9-4 in National Trail Conference action Tuesday.

The Bulldogs trailed 3-0 before a big five-run third inning. St. Anthony added a run in the fourth to take a 6-3 lead. WSS made it 6-4 in the fifth before the Bulldogs scored three times in the sixth.

Colin Koester got the win for St. Anthony, allowing four runs, two earned on eight hits in 4-1/3 innings of work, striking out four and not walking a batter. Adam Levitt picked up the save with no runs or hits in 2-2/3 innings, walking one and fanning three.

Christian Kessler took the loss for the Hatchets, allowing nine runs, just three earned, on 10 hits while walking one and striking out five. Isaac Kramer got the final out.

South Central won over Brownstown/St. Elmo 6-3 Tuesday in NTC action.

BSE took a 3-0 lead in the top of the third, but South Central scored twice in the bottom of the frame and then tied the game in the fourth before scoring three times in the sixth for the win.

Trent Geiler got the win for the Cougars, going the distance and allowing five hits, walking no one and fanning 10. Lewis Brown took the loss for the Bombers, going four innings and allowing three runs on six hits, walking three and striking out five. Philpot went 1-2/3 innings, allowing three runs on one hit and four walks while striking out three. Maxey got the final out.

Dieterich posted a 4-1 win over Altamont in NTC action Tuesday.

The Movin Maroons scored in the second, but the Indians tied the game in the third. Dieterich then got a run in the sixth and scored twice in the seventh for the win.

Paul Thoele pitched a complete game for Dieterich, allowing just three hits and three walks while fanning four.

Pemberton took the loss for Altamont, giving up all four runs in 6-1/3 innings. Two runs were earned. He walked three and gave up eight hits while striking out four. Whitt got the final two outs, walking two.
