Patricia A. “Pat” Briggerman, 79, of Windsor, Illinois formerly of Neoga, Illinois passed away at 4:42 PM Thursday February 6, 2025 in the Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center In Mattoon, Illinois.

She was born February 2, 1946 in Mattoon, Illinois the daughter of John A. and Florence A. (Krietemeyer) Russell. Pat married Joseph “Joe” Briggerman October 25, 1963 in Neoga, Illinois. She was former owner operator of Pat’s Hair Shanty and a Retired School Bus Driver for Neoga Community School District. Pat was a member of Neoga First Christian Church and Neoga Legion Auxiliary and the Eagles Club, she enjoyed Bingo, Crocheting, Diamond Art and loved Bowling, the Cardinals, Fighting Illini, and especially spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Briggerman of Windsor, Illinois children, Jeff Briggerman (Sara) of Chatham, Illinois, Lori Warner (George) of Gays, Illinois, Lisa Warner (Mark) of Gays, Illinois, Michael Briggerman (Jill) Effingham, Illinois; grandchildren, Tyler (Allison), Brak (Jackie), Spencer (Andrea), Emmett (Emily), Blair (Nolan), Jordan (Lindsey), Jesika (Dylan), Kelsey, Cody (Michelle), Cassidy and Jacob (Morgan); ten great grandchildren and one on the way. Brother, John Russell (Kathi) Round Rock, Texas, sisters, Dottie Newlin (Steve) of Mattoon, Illinois, Cathy McKimmy (Tim) of Gays, Illinois and Karen Andrews (special friend Ron Brady) of Trilla, Illinois; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Martha Sue “Marty” Diehl.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Sarah Bush Cancer Center.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday February 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Neoga First Christian Church. Visitation will be Wednesday February 12, 2025 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the Neoga First Christian Church and Thursday from 10:00 AM until service time also in the Church. Burial will be in the Neoga Memorial Cemetery in Neoga Township, Illinois.
