Dan Hecht and Brown's Drug Store picked up opening round victories in the Tomorrow's Stars Khoury League Tournament Tuesday evening at Community Park.

Dan Hecht claimed a 10-7 win over Elks Club despite trailing early in the contest. Elks Club held a 5-0 lead after two innings and still led 7-4 after five. Dan Hecht then had a six-run sixth inning to pull out the victory.

Kinkelaar had a single, two doubles and drove in three runs for the winners. Waymoth had a single, double and two RBI and Kirby had a double and two RBI.

Eaton and Wolfe had a double and two RBI each for Elks Club.

Ethan Ritz pitched a no-hitter as Brown's Drug Store defeated Heritage Builders 16-1 in four innings.

Brown's took a 3-0 first inning lead and were never headed. Josh McDevitt had a single and a grand slam home run for the winners. Westendorf added a single, two doubles and six RBI while Hartke and Ritz had a double each. Ritz added two RBI.

Dan Hecht advances to face Tingley Insurance Thursday at 5:30 p.m. while Brown's will take on Taylor Law at 7:30.
