Jacqueline Joan Collins, 77, of Effingham, Illinois, formerly of Champaign, passed away at 11:25 p.m. Tuesday, October 1, 2013 in her home.

Cremation rites will be accorded as per the request of Jacqueline and there will be no services at this time. Services are in the care of Hall Funeral Chapel in Effingham and condolences may be left by clicking here.

Jacqueline was born October 19, 1935, the daughter of John and Ethel (Ewing) Collins in Chicago. She was a veteran in the WAAC or Women's Army Air Corp Service. Jacqueline married Lionel Rowe in Chicago and he preceded her in death. Later she moved to Champaign where she worked in the Kraft Foods Plant as a forklift operator.

Survivors include, daughters, Debralee (husband Glen) Cox of Spokane, Wash., Tricia Rowe of Sacramento, Calif. and Tracie Rutledge of Indianapolis, Ind.; sons, Keith (wife Maria Fe) Rowe of Effingham and Kevin Rowe of Tennessee; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
