Inez Jamison, 78, of Humboldt, IL, died Monday, September 9, 2013 in her home.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, September 14 at 3pm in Watson Cemetery in Watson.  Visitation will be from 6 to 8pm Friday at McCracken-Dean Funeral Home in Pana.

She was born May 16, 1935 in Watson, IL, the daughter of William & Carrie Ledbetter Walker.  Inez was a graduate of Watson High School. She lived in Mattoon from 1969 until moving to Humboldt in 1990. She had worked for Diamond Packing and was a homemaker.
Inez Walker and Claude Leroy Jamison were married on May 28, 1953 in Effingham, IL. They had been married for 54 years when he passed away on May 27, 2007.

She is survived by her children: Cheryl Duguid & husband Bill, Pembroke Pines, FL; James Jamison, Humboldt, IL; Jessie Bond & husband James, Clinton, IL; Claude “Butch” Jamison, Jr., & wife Mona, Taylorville, IL; Candra Brannin & husband Ron, Humboldt, IL; and Bradley Jamison & wife Christy, Colorado Springs, CO; 18 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; brothers: Bob Walker & Tom Walker, both of Watson, IL; and sisters: Sally Rush & Louise French, both of Watson, IL; “Sis” Prather, Lincoln, IL.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 1 grandchild; brother, Bud Walker; & sister, Noria Rainey.
