Beverly Budde, 88, of Olney, IL, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2025 in Olney, IL.

Beverly was born June 5, 1936 in Effingham County, IL to parents Farrell McManaway and Mabel (Habbe) McManaway.

Beverly is survived by husband of 70 years, Loran Budde of Olney; daughter, Linda Karcher and husband, Kent of Sumner; grandchildren, Valerie Pike, Bryce (Samantha Chastain) Karcher, Trenton (Nikki) Budde, Vanessa Sanders, and Craig (Lacey Gibson) Karcher; great grandchildren, Xavier, Isaac, Kelsey, and Alexa Pike, Livian, Lawson, and Everly Sanders, Adelina and Benett Budde; daughters-in-law, Della Budde and Karen Budde; brother, Cleo McManaway; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents; sons, Larry and Brent Budde; siblings, Playford McManaway and Glenda Traub.

Beverly was one of a kind and had a love for all beautiful things. She loved to tend to her flower garden and covered her yard in colorful perennials and annuals. Beverly also enjoyed attending car shows with her husband, Loran, and showing off their antique Studebaker car collection. They also took pleasure in going to the dirt track races. Beverly was active in her church, Trinity Lutheran, and led the youth programs with her husband. They were also active 4-H leaders. Beverly was all about family. She was always there for her kids' events and then later for her grandchildren and great grandchildren's events. She had a gift for creating traditions with her family whether it was baking, sleepovers, board games, or visiting parks. Beverly especially enjoyed reliving family memories by showing off her photo albums. Her love will continue to live on with us and her memories we will forever cherish.

Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney has been entrusted with arrangements. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church. Interment will take place on Monday, March 17, 2025 at Crest Haven Memorial Park. Memorials can be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
