Mary Isabel Logue (85) of St. Elmo

Mary Isabel Logue, 85, of St. Elmo, Illinois passed away at 7:44 a.m. Thursday June 20, 2013 at Evergreen Nursing Home in Effingham.
Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 22, at C & A Pagel Funeral Home, St. Elmo with one hour visitation prior to service.
Mrs. Logue was born March 23, 1928 in Canton, IL to John and Grace (Roberts) Williams. She married Arthur I. Logue on December 24, 1946, who preceded her in death November 29, 1997. Mary worked as a cook at Stuckey’s Restaurant in Altamont, St. Elmo Grade School, and the Ramada Inn in Effingham. She taught Bible School at the Springhill Presbyterian Church for several years. She also loved attending to her and canning vegetables.
In her passing, she leaves behind her sons; Richard Logue of Beecher City, and Steven Logue of St. Elmo, Stepbrother; David Oglesby of St. Elmo, Sisters; Sally West of Iowa, Patty (husband Mike) Caraway of St. Elmo, Betty Ann (husband Bobby) Brown of St. Elmo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Junior and Lorence Williams; son, Thomas; sister, Donna J. Bubb, and brother-n-law, Jerry West.
