Melissa M. Kruse 90 years old of Altamont, Illinois died Sunday October 4, 2020 at 9:36 pm at HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital, Effingham, Illinois.
She was born April 19, 1930 at home in the Blue Point Community, near Altamont, Illinois into the family of John and Lydia Johannes-Kruse.
Visitation for the family and friends will be held on Thursday Morning October 8, 2020 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday October 8, 2020 both at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Altamont, Illinois. Christian Burial Services at the family lot next to her parents will be held in the Blue Point Lutheran Church Cemetery, rural Effingham County near Altamont following the funeral services.
