Gloria A. Minor (89) of Findlay

Gloria A. Miner, 89, of Findlay, IL passed away at 4:54 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at home.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2020 at the Findlay Cemetery with Pastor Rena Whitcher officiating. Lockart-Green Funeral Home in Findlay is assisting the family.
Gloria was born on November 20, 1930, in Shelbyville, the daughter of Earl and Lucy (Wright) Miner. She earned her Master’s in Music from Millikin University. Gloria had a love for music and enjoyed sharing that love of music with the younger generations whether it be in the classroom or private piano lessons in her home. Gloria was a member of the Findlay United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her niece, Debby (Denny) Helton of Mt. Zion; nephews: Don Miner of Mattoon and Dion Miner of Findlay; great nephews: Derrick (Shayna) Helton of Maroa and Brandon Helton of Porter, IN and six great great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Wendell Miner.
