Clarence “Busty” Edward Foreman, age 85, of Watson, Illinois passed away at 12:08 a.m. in his home surrounded by family on Saturday, August 3, 2019.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 6 at the Watson United Methodist Church in Watson, Illinois with viewing one hour prior to service. Pastor Jim Whitaker will be officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday with Masonic Rites at 7:00 p.m. at the Watson United Methodist Church in Watson, Illinois. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Watson United Methodist Church or the donor’s choice. Online condolences may be expressed by clicking here.

Busty was born November 22, 1933, the son of Virgil and Marie (Tracy) Foreman, in Effingham, Illinois. He married Kathyrn Rogene Holsapple on June 11, 1961 at the Rose Hill United Methodist Church.  He served in the Army for 3 years and was a member of the Illinois National Guard of 22 years. He was a member of the Watson United Methodist Church for 57 years, a member of Watson Masonic Lodge #602 and the Edgewood American Legion Post #1168. Busty enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing, camping, and loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren attending any activities that they were participating in.

Busty is survived by two sons; David Foreman (wife Cindy) of Dieterich, Illinois, Keith Foreman (wife Kay) of Effingham, Illinois; one daughter, Linda Chaplin (husband Jay) of Watson, Illinois; one brother, Rex Foreman (wife Ada) of Strasburg, Illinois; 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Busty was preceded in death by his parents; Virgil and Marie Foreman; wife, Kathyrn Rogene Foreman and one brother, Dale Foreman.
