Gloria Beth (Robison) Lash, 67 of Sullivan, formerly of Bethany and Brownstown, died at 8:15 p.m. on Monday, May 14, 2012 at her home surrounded by her family.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 18, 2012 at Liberty Christian Church, rural Brownstown with Jim Dann officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Gieseking- Claggett Funeral Home, Brownstown and for one hour prior to service time at the church. Burial will be at Liberty Cemetery. Gloria was born on March 29, 1945 in St. Elmo, the daughter of Ralph and Louese (Pearson) Robison. She married Wallace ‘Bud’ Lash on July 3, 1964. During her working career as a secretary and in retail she had been employed at Scott State Bank, Bethany, G.T.E. Phone Company, Tom West Chevrolet Garage, Atchison True Value and Sullivan Chamber of Commerce all of Sullivan. She had also assisted Glenda Zimmerman with painting and wallpapering. She was a member of Liberty Christian Church, rural Brownstown and the Sullivan Women’s Civic Club, Sullivan.

She is survived by father, Ralph Robison of Brownstown, daughters, Renee (Jon) England of Sullivan and Shawna Cole of Bethany. Four grandchildren; Caitlin England of Sullivan, Danielle Cole, Garrett Cole and Michael Patterson all of Bethany, brother, Bill (Elvera) Robison of Brownstown, four nephews, Josh Robison of Effingham, Luke Robison of Brownstown, Kyle Strobel of Indianapolis, IN, Kurt Strobel of Maroa, niece, Erin Klug of Brownstown, great nephew, Wade Robison of Effingham, great nieces, Ellyana Robison of Effingham, Kendra Cooper and Kaitlyn Cooper both of Maroa.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Louese Robison, sister and brother- in-law, Jeanne and Virgil Strobel and aunt and uncle Russell and Elizabeth Robison.
