Patricia Ann Hoyt, age 83 of Louisville, IL, passed away at 10:00 am Friday, June 15, 2018, at Flora Gardens Care Center in Flora.
She was born Tuesday, October 30, 1934 in Fairfield, IL, the daughter of the late Ted Smith and the late Letitia (Heussner) Smith. Patricia spent her time as a teacher throughout Effingham County.
She is survived by son, Rodney (Jill) Hoyt of Louisville; daughter, Kimberly (Greg) Smith of Louisville; sister, Dorothy Grenia of Saint Louis, MO; seven grand children and seven great grand children.
She is preceded in death by her son, Darren Hoyt, brother, David Smith, and sister, Josephine Talbott.
