Carolyn Kay "Miss D" Domenick, 70, of Newton died at 10:20pm Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Evergreen Nursing and Rehab in Effingham.
A Celebration of Life honoring Miss D will be held at 1:45pm Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Newton Community High School Gymnasium. Arrangements are under the care of Crain Funeral Home in Newton and Blake-Buchanan Funeral Home in Newton.
