James Allen Bridgman, 38, of Mattoon, Illinois, formerly of Neoga, Illinois, passed away at 9:35 a.m. Monday, April 23, 2018, at his residence.

James was born July 12, 1979, in Urbana, Illinois, the son of Steven Bridgman, Sr. and Crystal Senter. He married Heather Ryan, April 28, 2012, in Oakland, Illinois. He was employed by the C.H.I. Overhead Door Company of Arthur, IL. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family and was an avid gamer.
Bridgman leaves his wife, Heather Bridgman of Neoga, IL; four children, Morgan Foxworthy of Madison, IN; Riley Bridgman, Lukas Petard, both of Neoga, IL and Abigail Bridgman of Charleston, IL; mother, Crystal Pinnell (Rick) of Conroe, TX; two brothers, Steve Bridgman, Jr (Amber) of Murphysboro, IL and Gary Moyer (Anna) of Carlyle, IL; one sister, Melissa Pinnell of Houston, TX; and many more brothers in heart.
Bridgman was preceded in death by his father and sister, Sherry Jo Watts.
