Sharon K. Hamilton, 64, of Janesville, IL passed away at 6:45 PM Friday, January 5, 2018 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Coles County.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 Noon on Saturday January 13, at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Toledo, IL. Visitation will be from 10:00 to service time on Saturday. Burial will be in the Janesville Cemetery.

Sharon was born on August 10, 1953 to John & Mae (Gamill) Eggers. She married Darrell Hamilton on March 7, 1970, and he preceded her in 2008.
Surviving is her children Kevin (Jessica) Hamilton and Shelly (Josh) Romack both of Janesville; Sister Marsha Stone of Windsor; Grandchildren Zak Hamilton, Kaylee Hamilton and Allison Gobert.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Sharon was a homemaker and worked for many years at the Edgar County Children’s Home. For the last 12 years she was the business office manager at the Cumberland Rehab and Health Care in Greenup. She and Darrell also were Foster parents for many teenage boys. She was a member of the Family Worship Center Church in Mattoon.
