Pam was born on October 28, 1943 in Peoria, Illinois, the daughter of Eva Collins Farley and Gordon V. Farley. Pam married the love of her life, Jerry Huddleston of Yale, Illinois on February 2, 1962. They enjoyed 52 years of married life together. Pam was a hard working farm wife, who enjoyed the outdoors and seeing the crops grow. Pam never went anywhere without her camera and snapped many beautiful pictures of nature, friends and good times. Her trips to Florida each winter were special to her. She loved to travel either by motorcycle, car or in the "bus", often accompanied by canine pals Sadie and Bugsy. She loved all animals but had a special fondness for her dogs. She raised many Boxers over the years and each one was a special one to her. Pam never knew a stranger; she could make a mannequin talk. She had many devoted friends far and wide. Everyone who met Pam could see the spark and feistiness of this special redhead. She was always ready with a joke and even close to the end of her life she still was letting us know she could find a humorous moment in anything.
Pam is survived by her husband, her son Tim (Becky) Huddleston of Ashmore, IL; grandchildren Matt, Miranda, Mitchell Huddleston all of Ashmore and Megan Huddleston of LaFayette, Indiana. Also surviving are her mother Eva Farley of Neoga, mother-in-law Freda Huddleston of Oblong, sisters Barb Green of Ashmore, IL, Deb (Gary) Landsaw of Charleston, IL and Kim (Pete) Geckler of Avon, Indiana; nieces and nephews who enjoyed their Aunt Pam tremendously; grand nieces and nephews who continued the tradition of knowing their special aunt; special friend and confidant Sara Piercy of Mt. Vernon, IL; friend and helper Bekah Netherly of Yale, IL and many wonderful friends and neighbors. She will be greatly missed by all.
Pam was preceded in death by her father-in-law Lloyd Huddleston and father Gordon Farley.
