The Silk Purse Thrift Store and Family Life Center will be launching a Fundraising/Friendraising campaign on Sunday, April 12 from 3-7 p.m. at the Teutopolis Knights of Columbus Hall.

The purpose of the event is to raise funds to put towards a larger building to house The Silk Purse Thrift Store. A catered meal of pulled pork, chicken wings with all the trimmings will be served. Information will be available about the Silk Purse Thrift Store and the Family Life Center. Tickets for the dinner are available at the Silk Purse, The Family Life Center and Habing's Furniture in Teutopolis. Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for children 12 and under.
