Join Jackie Witges, Certified Geriatric Care Manager, as she presents "Navigating Your Care Options", an Aging Well Community Speakers Series program. Jackie will discuss person-centered
care options for in-home settings, dementia and skilled nursing communities, and hospice care. She will provide tools to help determine what type of care is needed and what setting is most appropriate. Jackie will also describe and explain the various ways to finance long-term care.

"Navigating Your Care Options" will be held on Monday, March 23 beginning at 6 PM at Helen Matthes Library, Luttrell Room.
