The Friends of the Charleston Carnegie Public Library will hold its winter book sale February 20 and 21. The sale will be open Friday, February 20 from 10 a. m. to 6 p. m. and Saturday, February 21 from 10 a. m. to 5 p. m. at the Charleston Carnegie Public Library. The book sale room is located on the second floor of the Library, off of the Reading Room. Please enter through the main entrance on 5th Street and follow the signs to the sale. The Library is handicapped accessible.

Take advantage of great prices on gently used books, children's books, DVDs, audio books, and music CDs. Hardcover books, audio books, and DVDs are $2. Paperbacks, music CDs, and
puzzles/games are 50 cents. Members of the Friends of the Charleston Carnegie Public Library receive a 50% discount on their purchases. You can become a Friends member at the sale.

To make it easier to find your favorites, the books are sorted into categories such as Mystery, Romance, Sci-fi/Fantasy, History, Inspiration, Biography, Gardening, Home Improvement, General Non-fiction, General Fiction, and Children's books.

All proceeds from the Friends' book sale support programming at the Charleston Carnegie Public Library. The sale is a great way to find some wonderful, inexpensive books and lend support to
your local library. Friends-sponsored book sales are held in February, May, August, and November.
