Effingham County FISH Human Services will be having their annual meeting and volunteer recognition luncheon on Thursday, October 23 at Noon with the meal being served at 12:15. The luncheon will be held at Centenary United Methodist Church in Effingham. The Beecher City Kitchen Band will entertain. FISH invites all those who volunteer their time to FISH programs to the luncheon.
