This heartwarming musical comedy tells the story of a rollicking holiday at Peaceful Valley Orphanage. The Director, Mrs. Frump, plans for the children to spend Christmas Eve with local families. As they set off in an old bus to deliver the orphans, they are pursued by the "busybodies" from the Board of Trustees and suspicious Sheriff Snodgrass. Along the way they pick up a lovesick traveling troubadour returning home to his girlfriend who may or may not welcome him. This ride turns into a special adventure Mrs. Frump and the youngsters didn't expect.This story is one that the whole family will always remember! 

Show dates are Saturday, December 6, 7:00 p. m. and Sunday, December 7, 2:00 p. m. at the Effingham Performance Center. 

Three Chicks and a Stage is a non-profit community theater company in residence at the Effingham Performance Center. Daily rehearsals are scheduled the week before
