Color Meditations Program

Join Kaycie Metzelaars, Meditation Teacher, Wednesday, January 29 at 6 p.m. in the Luttrell Room of the Helen Matthes Library as Kaycie explains how colors impact the mind and body and how they can be used to create a sense of harmony and well-being in your life. 
 
The program entitled "Color Meditations: Balancing your Mind and Body" is part of the library's Color My World Today - Winter Reading Program for Adults. 
 
Kaycie studied psychology and philosophy at the University of Portland. She began practicing the art of meditation while participating in the challenging Teach For America program in Baton Rouge, LA. She is passionate about sharing her research and experiences with her community in order to empower others and promote whole body wellness.
