The Catholic parishes of St. Mary's of Shumway, Sacred Heart and St. Anthony are preparing a celebration for the Feast of Corpus Christi, the Feast of the Body and Blood of Christ Sunday, June 2 immediately following 11 a.m. Mass at St. Anthony Church. The celebration will involve a Eucharistic procession from St. Anthony Church to Sacred Heart Church. Stops will include the home of Fr. Carl Schmidt on Main Street, St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital Healing Garden, Kemper CPA Group on Jefferson and Andes Health Mart Pharmacy on Fayette. Busses will be provided for those who are not able to walk the procession.
