There will be a Spaghetti Dinner for the Gavin Waterman Benefit Friday, May 17 from 4-7 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Mattoon, 16th and Charleston. Waterman is a six-year-old boy who has Ewing's Sarcoma and is undergoing chemotherapy treatment in Chicago. The money from the benefit will help the family pay for their medical expenses and travel costs. Cost is $8 for adults and $5 for children 10 and under.
