The Illinois Rivers Conference Chapter of the Fellowship of United Methodists in Music and Worship Arts will host its 25th annunal handbell festival on Saturday, February 23 at the First United Methodist Church, Springfield. This is an all day event and is open to handbell choirs and or individuals ringers from throughout the Midwest. The registration deadline is Wednesday, January 23.
